was incorporated on 6th January 1976 with a paid-up share capital of
RM120,000.00. Presently KAIFAH SDN BHD has a paid-up share
capital of RM1,000,000.00.Initially the
company was trading in various petroleum products from ESSO, CALTEX,
MOBIL, PETRONAS and SHELL. Then
gradually these suppliers appointed sole distributors for their products.

In July 1977, KAIFAH SDN BHD set up a wholly owned subsidiary,
S. S. JAYA SDN BHD, and S. S. JAYA SDN BHD was
successful in its bid to be appointed as a SHELL COMMERCIAL
DEALER. Turnover of
SHELL lubricant increased tremendously under the guidance and
backing of technical expertise from this well known oil giant.
